Terms and Conditions
Sindh Environmental Protection Agency shall provide 100
saplings to any registered entity and 50 saplings to any non-registered entity
including NGO, educational institution or any other community group from
Karachi (in first phase and then it will be extended to throughout Sindh)
Recipient of sapling shall contribute soil, manure and labor
to plant saplings in an area that is not restricted for plantation due to
various development installations or their likelihood in future.
Seeking permission to plant saplings at any place or area
shall be sole responsibility of recipient. However Sindh EPA shall provide maximum
possible assistance to provide permission from the concerned authority of the
area.
After-care shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient
of plants while Sindh EPA shall monitor the plantation and its after-care.
Soon after signing an MoU with Sindh EPA, aspirant of plants
shall be eligible to receive plants from any private or government nursery
designated by Sindh EPA and preferably nearest to his/her place of residence or
office.
