Memorandum of Understanding
Between
Sindh Environmental Protection Agency, Government of Sindh
and (name of recipient)------------------------ on behlf of (name of his/her group-
if any)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That Sindh EPA shall provide 100/50 plants to (recipient)-----------------------------------
to plant them at (name of location)--------------------------------------by
intimating the timing of plantation to be monitored by the former.
Recipient shall contribute soil, manure and labor to plant
all the received saplings in presence of any nominee of Sindh EPA.
After-care shall the sole responsibility of recipient of
plants and will also inform to SEPA if any damage occurs to plants.
